We provide support to commercial space design efforts and process development efforts. These include supporting requirements development and other systems engineering efforts for Critical Design Reviews (CDR) for NASA and Space Force programs. We have provided mentoring to junior project and program managers on developing effective schedules for government customer reviews that integrate easily with Agile development processes and don't have excessive maintenance burden for the PM.
