Our infrastructure provides everything that is needed for hiring. We are able to hire - not just anyone, but from our fantastic group of teammates as well as our vast collective networks of engineering and management professionals nation-wide. 

  • Through Rippling, we have compliant timekeeping for exempt and non-exempt employees, compliance training, payroll, connectivity to our Guideline 401k plan, and access to the Rippling PEO for medical insurance. We have access to additional HR support through the Denver SBDC.
  • We use the Core Business Solution for AS9100/ISO 9001 compliance, which provides document configuration control, non-conformance reporting, supplier approval / management, employee Learning Management System, Risk Management, and more.   
  • Through our AS9100 certification, we also have procedures and processes for onboarding as well as monitoring and ensuring the quality of services supplied. 
  • Orion’s Belt Engineering has joined the Catalyst Campus, which provides office space in Colorado Springs in addition to collaboration and networking opportunities.

How do you ensure consistent quality? 

One of the key tenets of our AS9100 certification is maintaining consistent quality of our delivered products and services. This includes definition of onboarding planning and two online learning management system with extensive training courses - one in the Core Business Solution and one in Rippling. We also have established plans, procedures, and metrics for ensuring quality with an established formal bi-weekly assessment.
