- Accomplished Technical Program Manager with over 35 years of experience in complex government projects.
- Established a robust program management framework to deliver a highly complex and interdependent program of paradigm-shifting technical projects, skillfully integrating M365/TEAMS, Asana, Workday, and other cutting-edge solutions into operational workflows that are now enhancing overall business effectiveness.
- Championed and supported the implementation of zero trust cybersecurity, Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), and User-Experience (UX), increasing the security posture of the organization.
- Pioneered the National Radio Astronomy Observatory's National and International Non-traditional Exchange (NINE) program aimed to build a pipeline of talent in the radio astronomy field. Established satellite NINE "Hubs" that provided underrepresented individuals with access to radio astronomy-related resources. Later expanded the program to South Africa.
- Cultivated and shared subject matter expertise in Operations, Program and Project Management, and Systems Engineering Methods, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange with other forward-thinking organizations engaged in Research and Development.
- Continued longitudinal mentoring, coaching, and training with a focus on sustainable skills development in technical, scientific, and engineering fields that amplified skills and capabilities for underrepresented populations. Also taught numerous courses at the undergraduate and graduate level and workshops for NASA and the Army.
- Authored peer reviewed publications and books related to Project Management for Research and Development, Systems Engineering, and various other topics.
